Having met Amy & Ryan socially, and hearing all about their charity, we decided Signarama would like to become a sponsor of the Lily Mae Foundation, to support them in their amazing work. The main event last year for us was supplying all the advertising & directional signage for the Annual Fun Run in September, but also supported them for Golf Days and other fundraising activities. As a sponsor, not only do we get the 'feel good' factor for supporting such a worthwhile cause, but we also gained great coverage and advertisement for our business, that Lily Mae Foundation worked hard to promote in return. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to work with Amy & Ryan.
At Irwin Mitchell, we are proud to support the special work that the Lily Mae Foundation do for bereaved families, having seen first-hand the fantastic support that they provide to our clients and those who need it most.
Their specially trained and experienced counsellors, who know just what it means to suffer the heartache of losing a baby before, during or shortly after birth, are there to provide support for mums, dads siblings and grandparents. They also work tirelessly to raise funds for the work they do; from campaigning for awareness, to funding research, and providing memory boxes and cold cots when they are needed.
We are delighted to work with the Lily Mae Foundation and to support their campaigns, regular family counselling days and fundraising activities and events, such as the annual Balsall Common Fun Run.
Supporting The Lily Mae Foundation was important to us at Virgin Media because it’s a very unspoken and taboo loss. Many people do not know what to say or how they can support somebody who has suffered such an awful experience.
We have colleagues who have experienced the traumatic loss of a child and we felt this was a way of showing our support and giving something back to such a worthwhile charity. Taking time out of work to Make the Memory Boxes to support parents and families experiencing baby loss was a small way to do this. Seeing the work this fantastic charity to was just incredible.
