The Foundation now offers a comprehensive and unique range of supporting programmes to bereaved parents, their families and friends and to the medical and social care professions.
The supporting programmes that we offer are organised and developed as a result of the regular conversations, feedback and reviews that The Foundation carries out with bereaved parents and families and with representatives of the medical and social care professions.
Those affected by the loss of a baby at any stage can meet
with a Bereavement Support Worker on a one-to-one basis.
Parents and family members come together in an informal and relaxed environment to share experiences and to support each other.DETAILS
The Memory Boxes are given to bereaved parents to enable them
to collect and store immediately precious memories of their baby.
We offer an opportunity for pregnant women and their partners to gain continuity of care and support throughout their pregnancy.DETAILS
A monthly group for those bereaved parents who have had a rainbow baby after a loss and for those women who are pregnant again.DETAILS
The 'Still Parents' podcast talks openly and honestly to men who have suffered the devastating loss of a baby.DETAILS
Our Sibling Support Packs are given to those bereaved siblings to help them understand the loss and to create memories of their baby brother or sister.DETAILS
The Foundation provides ongoing training and support to Midwives, Trainee Midwives and other Heath and Social Care Professionals.DETAILS
The 8th Annual Balsall Common Fun Run is Licensed by UK Athletics (Licence Number: 2022 - 42533) and is taking place on Sunday 18 September 2022.The Fun Run will start and finish at The Heart of England School, Balsall Common, Solihull CV7 7FW.
Participants can choose to take part in either of the 5KM or 10KM events.Our slogan is Walk | Jog | Run | Race and we welcome people of all ages and abilities for the Mini Runs, Junior 5KM, Family 5KM and Adult 5KM & 10KM events. The Balsall Common Fun Run 2022 is held in association with Balsall Common Run Club (England Athletics Affiliated Club). The 10KM run is open to affiliated runners as part of the Warwickshire Road Race League 2022.
THE WARWICKSHIRE ROAD RACE DOES NOT PREVENT NON-AFFILIATED RUNNERS FROM TAKING PART IN EITHER THE 5KM OR 10KM FUN RUNS.
