A gift in your Will to The Lily Mae Foundation will help us to continue to provide vital support to
bereaved parents and families, training to health and social care professionals and research into and
the prevention of baby loss.
 
There are three main types of gift which you can leave to us in your Will:-
 Pecuniary– a fixed sum of money (for example £500 or £1,000 etc.)
 Residuary – a percentage share of your estate (for example 10% or 1/5th of your
estate) after payment of funeral expenses, debts and other gifts in your Will.
 Specific – an item such as jewellery, shares, or even a property etc.

 

To make a Will, or to update an existing Will and include a gift to The Lily Mae Foundation, 
simply contact your solicitor or find a local 

solicitor and let them know the type of gift that you would like to leave to us.
Whilst we cannot provide legal advice your solicitor should be able to assist in preparing your Will
and answer any legal questions you may have.
