About the event
For those who have suffered the loss of a precious baby, we truly understand how isolating it can feel through your journey of grief, please come along and join us for a cosy, sip and paint self care morning 👼 🤍
9.30am: Arrive at the Temple House, next to St Mary's Church
9.45am: We start with a wholesome candle painting activity 🕯🎨
11am -12pm: Then we take part in a mindful hour yoga session 🧘♀️
12pm - 12:30pm: Cosy Hot chocolates & refreshments ☕️
You are welcome to bring your own mat, towel and blanket for Yoga 🤸
