About the event
For those who have suffered the loss of a precious baby, we truly understand the pain you have experienced and believe you deserve some self care. We would love to support you on your grief journey so invite you to join us for a morning of self care.
9:15 - 9:30am: Arrive at the Berkswell Reading Rooms
9:30 - 10:30am: We will head out on a Walk and Talk
10:30 -11:30am: Yoga session focusing on relaxation
11:30 - 12.30pm: Refreshments
Please wear sturdy footwear for the Walk and Talk session as we go across fields.
If you can, please bring your own mat, towel and blanket for yoga (we can provide you with a mat if needed)
