Self Care Morning 🌼

For those who have suffered the loss of a precious baby, we truly understand how isolating it can feel through your journey of grief, please come along and join us for a mindful self care morning 👼 🤍

• 9.30am: Arrive at the The Old Hall, next to St Mary's Church

• 9.45am: We'll begin the morning with a yoga class ran by teacher and bereaved mum Sophie

• 11:00am: Then onto a creative arts session 💌

• 12pm: Finishing the morning with a cuppa & refreshments ☕️

A minimum donation of £5.00 is kindly suggested to cover costs of the session. You are welcome to contribute any amount you feel comfortable with directly to The Lily Mae Foundation. Your donation supports future bereaved parents.
