About the event
🧘♀️We are running a 6 week block of yoga classes, led by Sophie, a trained teacher and bereaved mum.
Time: 9am - 10am
Location: The Jubilee Behind Costa, 225 Station Rd, Balsall Common, Coventry CV7 7FE
Parking: There is plenty of free parking next to The Jubilee & on the high street.
The 6 classes will run on the following dates:
Sunday 6th September
Sunday 13th September
Sunday 20th September
Sunday 27th September
Sunday 4th October
Sunday 11th October
When you book on, you are booking the block of 6 classes.
Yoga Session – Donation-Based Pricing
A minimum donation of £25.00 is kindly suggested to cover costs of all 6 sessions. You are welcome to contribute any amount you feel comfortable with directly to The Lily Mae Foundation. Your donation supports future bereaved parents.
If you have a yoga mat, please can you bring this along otherwise we can provide equipment. If you have a blanket, please bring this along.
