A Day of Family, Fun, and Remembrance at the Balsall Common Fun Run
The Balsall Common Fun Run made a comeback last weekend and was among our most successful events since the COVID pandemic. We were thrilled to host one of the largest turnouts in recent years, with 1,126 participantsāfamilies, friends, and supporters gathered for a day filled with energy, family fun, and remembrance.
Thank you to all participants; we are currently tallying the funds raised from the event. Every single penny will be directed towards supporting families who have faced the heartbreaking loss of a baby, providing them with the care, comfort, and resources required during these devastating and challenging times.

What made the day particularly touching were the personalised t-shirts worn by our runners, each displaying the name of a baby; be it their own child, a relative, or a friend's baby. Every step taken carried a story of love and remembrance. This is why we do it.
Kat Philpott, mum to angel baby Milly Florence, took part in the Family 5KM with her family. She shared:
"It was a well-organised and fantastic event to take part in as a family, a wonderful way to keep our daughter Milly's memory alive and for our 2 living daughters be part of this. The atmosphere was warm and uplifting all the way around. Weāre so grateful to have been a part of it."
šø All professional photos from the day are now available to download click here to view them - and donāt forget to tag us in your posts. We love to see them!
To each runner, supporter, volunteer, sponsor, and donorāthank you. Your generosity, spirit, and willingness to unite in memory of our babies are what make this event and our mission so impactful.
Always remembered. Always loved. Forever in our hearts. š
š We look forward to seeing you again next year on Sunday 13th September 2026.
